I felt like painting something different then what I've been working on. This piece was inspired by a movie I had seen. It's called "A Very Long Engagement"
There's a scene where this guy is begging for his life, screaming at the enemy not to kill him. It's really sad, but I like how they set up the whole scene. This is kind of like it but I added and took out stuff.

This is beautiful! Haunting, too, puts me on edge.
I tried watching that movie with my sister, and her DVD player kept dying at the most terrible parts! So I haven't finished, yet, but I'm reading the book now.
